Teresa Champion is currently a technical writer with Innovatia, a division of Bell-Aliant. Using digital media, Teresa's major role is content development for a variety of products in telecommunications.

Prior to coming to Innovatia in 2005, she worked with Microsoft Windows XP support for five years, including participating in the training and launching of SP1 and SP2. Teresa continues to enrich her passion for knowledge in the technical industry and hopes to empower others to enhance their lives with the power of technology.
