Born and raised in Toronto, she is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario in Statistical Sciences and Humber College in the Advanced Media Sales Program - where she was presented with their Award of Excellence. Her career in media began at Cossette Communications in Toronto. There she spent 2 ½ years in media planning and strategy on some of their biggest accounts such as Nike and Petro Canada. During this time she enrolled in the Certified Advertising Agency Professional program through the Institute of Communications & Advertising, completing the program in the spring of 2002. In the fall of 2001, she moved from media planning to sales by accepting a position with CHUM Radio Sales as a National Sales Executive. In 2005, she was given the opportunity to maintain the New Business Development Division at CHUM Radio Sales. In 2007, she was given another fantastic opportunity to create and develop the new Interactive Radio Division at CHUM Radio Sales while maintaining the New Business Development Division.
